Master Class professional artistic paints are made using high-quality pigments (including our own pigments: earth colors, cadmium and cobalt) and carefully selected binders. All oil, watercolor and gouache paints contain a high concentration of pigment, which ensures purity and depth of color and produces spectacular hues when they are mixed together. Most of the paints are single-pigment and light-resistant.

Innovative developments and sophisticated technologies aimed at producing the highest quality artistic materials have made the White Nights watercolors a hallmark of the company both in Russia and abroad. The paints are made from finely ground pigments and are bound by gum arabic. The high concentration of pigment ensures an extremely intense color tone in the paint. Depth is maintained even when diluted by a large quantity of water. The pure colors mean that you can mix the paints to obtain a rich range of hues. Most of the paints are highly light-resistant, ensuring that your works can survive for over 100 years. The wide-ranging White Nights palette is made up of 99 colors in 2.5 ml pans, 7 of which have a metallic effect, and 90 colors in 10 ml tubes.

The professional oil, acrylic and watercolor paints are manufactured using modern formulae, replacing expensive cadmium and cobalt pigments with combinations of organic pigments which are very similar in terms of color and properties.
The Ladoga paint set is manufactured using high-quality binders, but with less expensive pigments and a higher percentage of additives and fillers. The cadmium and cobalt pigments in the palette are replaced with similar colors. These paints are called analogue colors and are designated with the letter ‘A’. Earth colors (ochre, sienna, umber) are manufactured using naturally-sourced pigments (natural earth colors).

Sonnet
The Sonnet range of artistic materials was specially developed for beginner artists who are learning the basics of illustrative and decorative applied art. The Sonnet range contains more than 1,500 named materials for every popular creative technique: painting, graphic art, modelling, aerography, calligraphy, wood engraving and more.
The Sonnet series’ artistic oil, acrylic, watercolor and gouache paints have been developed with the latest technologies using modern materials and formulae. They are made with synthetic binders and do not contain expensive pigments. They are primarily designed for those trying to master painting. We recommend using them for sketches, rough drafts and final year projects. The expensive non-organic pigments (cadmium and cobalt) have been replaced with light-resistant organic alternatives. While the percentage of binders, additives and fillers in the composition has been increased. This balanced palette includes the most popular colors for painting.

Decola was the first set of specialized materials for applied decorative art to be developed in Russia. The materials are easy to use and blend beautifully with one another. The palette of acrylic universal paints features a plethora of hues, including glazed, matt-finished, pearlescent, metallic, fluorescent and interference (chameleon) paints.
